Eden Tech showcased iMERMAID and its involvement in other Mission Ocean projects during the Horizon Europe Mission Day “Regenerating our ocean and waters” on January 30, 2024, in Paris, France. Maxime Pontie from the University of Angers was also present at the event.
The event focused on addressing complex societal challenges through coordinated efforts across Europe, promoting cross-sectoral collaboration and co-design with citizens and local stakeholders. The Mission Oceans and Waters aims to study, restore, and protect European waters by 2030, prioritizing pollution reduction, water decarbonization, carbon-neutral fishing, and eco-friendly ferry industries.
